wonderful STAY!
inviting roombig tubbath bombsstaff friendliness
i found the room inviting AND spacious. the tub was big, accommodating two people, and the hotel provided bath bombs FOR the spa jets. i saw seagulls perching on buildings near Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge from the window. it was minutes away from both the pier and the chocolate factory.
the staff was not particularly friendly or engaging. they did their duties, but it WAS basic. improvements in staff friendliness and cleaning standards would enhance the guest experience.

my king room featured comfortable king bed, a spacious seating area, and nice decor. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. blackout curtains ensured a restful night.

i found the hotel staff friendly. the beds were very comfortable and provided a restful sleep after long days exploring. my room was clean and spacious, a relaxing haven. the location was PERFECT, close to everything i wanted to see and do!!!
the service in the hotel restaurant felt a tiny bit slow, but nothing major.

i found the location very convenient it was close to many attractions i wanted to visit the staff at the front desk were helpful and efficient during check-in and check-out my room was clean and well kept with comfortable furnishings the hotel restaurant offered tasty meals with attentive service i tried their breakfast it was good.
the elevator was somewhat slow and occasionally crowded i had to wait a few minutes at times to get to my floor it was a minor inconvenience but noticeable.

the hotel includes a fitness center with several machines it had treadmills stationary bikes and weightlifting equipment the business center offers computers and printers for guest use if you need to work.
